Reset comfort access after reconnecting door handle?

Hi there,

2013 X1 E84 MSport.

Comfort access stopped working on drivers side, but was still working fine on passengers side.

I remove the door handle on the drivers side, cleaned the contacts, and reinstalled it.

Now: Comfort access doesn't work on either side! i.e the passenger side (which I didn't touch) no longer works.

Question: Because I removed and reconnected the door handle, is there perhaps now some sort of reset procedure I need to do on the car?

I have tried:
-Holding down the volume button for 30 seconds
-Unlocking drivers door with the physical metal key, & starting the car with the fob physically inserted.

No dice :-(

Try disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes

When I replaced my CA driver's door handle, I made sure to disconnect the battery first. Hopefully you didn't short out the CA module.

I don't recall having to perform any reset. It was a simple affair.
