BMW X1 20d engine stalls after standing still 24h

My BMW X1 20xd -2010 is likely to stall if it stands still for ~24h. It may only stall within the first minute or so and it always starts again after cranking some extra second. Then the engine will have no problems and I can run it for several hours and the engine works really well and I can stop/start but if I leave it for ~24 h again the same problem may occur. There is no engine warning light .
I think that I get air into the fuel system somehow. How can that happen? A diesel injector that leaks? something else that leaks? Have not seen any leaks beneath the car.
Any ideas?
