Valencia Orange X1 with black 19''wheels

Ok guys
I plastic Dipped my wheels this weekend along with all badges to match.
I did not PD the badges as it was difficult to do on the side badges so I de-badged and primed them the add a black satin paint. I also added new foot peddles. let me know what you think...

Wow. That's a bold move. How durable is that plastic dip, that is, how will it hold up to stones and stuff?

Also, were you going to paint the backs/insides of the wheels too?

I like the black wheels against the orange, but I would be concerned about durability. Wheels take a beating, and even conventional paint will oftentimes chip. You'll have to let us know how it holds up. You can always have them powder-coated if you want it to be permanent.

Yes I think they will uphold but my future plans will be to powder coat them as I really really like them this way. but the PD is real good stuff!

very durable and mendable if you get a chip or rip. Its very very easy to remove too. tok about 1hr per wheel 4-5 coats and then 2 coats of gloss coat
