Red leather and Premium package

Is the red leather included in the price of the premium package, or would it be an additional charge? My local dealer is quoting me with them priced separate, what is your experience?

BMW Config shows them as separate. The Premium package (and other packages) entitle you to purchase additional leather options. There are only two leather options available (Black and Tan) otherwise.

Use the BMW configurator - the answer depends on the model you choose. (Oops, globetrotter has a faster internet connection than me)

That's the thing, when I build my Msport, add red leather, then premium package, the dollar value for red leather zeros out. My dealer says it doesn't work that way, and I still have to pay...

Premium package covers the cost of the leather. If they say otherwise there is something wrong in their computer. When the car comes the window sticker wont list a cost for the leather.

Your dealer is 100% full of sh!t. Leather has as far as I know always been an integral part of the premium package. However, the red I believe is only "unlocked" when you order a sport or Msport line car. I know terra is only available for me if I pay 1900 for Xline which I'm not doing despite my love for terra.

I just ordered min gray metallic w/ coral, I wanted xenons so I was charged for premium so the red comes at no cost, I ordered msport. You shouldn't have to pay for the coral leather no matter what model you have with the premium package

I ordered a 2013 X1 xDrive28i M Sport with Nevada Coral Red and it IS included with the premium package at no additional cost. My vehicle inquiry report shows the code as LUTZ and under MSRP for the price it has N/C for no cost because it's included with the premium package.
