Question Closest EV to the X1 E84? Mustang Mach-E?

Hi guys and gals,

I love the X1 E84 but EVs are awfully nice as daily drivers, too. This Christmas I got to drive my in-laws' new Mustang Mach-E, and it dawned on me that the Mach-E has many of the same great traits as the X1.

* Sporty
* Drives likes a car/wagon
* Honestly good dynamics and RWD feel
* Small on the outside, big on the inside, especially for cargo
* Good build quality
* Good looking

Have any of you driven the Mach-E, too? What did you think?

I was really taken with the Mach-E and could see owning one. I may have been a bit over-excited about its ability to chirp its rear tires though!

(I wrote up a ton of thoughts on the Mach-E here.)

Best,
Mike

I'm sure there are some forums for the Mach E.
This forum is for BMW E84.

I would've thought the new iX1 be closest since it's...... You know BMW X1?
that or the hybrid X3.

But the Mach e is quite nice and looks a ton better than a tesla model y.

I wasn't aware of the iX1, but certainly you are right! Any idea if it's coming to the US?

I really like those, would love to have one. I'm not fan of the regular Mustang at all but Ford did a great job on the Mach E, imo. And I never noticed it before, but that side shot in your post OP does have kind of an X1 vibe to it. Both are great looking vehicles.
