will these wheels fit my car?

I saw this ad on craigslist for a set of Hamann wheels. I know these wheels may not be compatible with everyone's taste but i am a huge fan of the brand... These wheels were previously mounted on a m4. Would they fit on my X1?

https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/van/...382272050.html

thanks!

If the offset in the front are 30-35rear is around 20-30 they should. Lower is better because you can add spacers.

The rears are going to questionable. I think mine might be 15-20 offset in the rear with a 285 rear tire.

Pretty sure you have that backwards.

It's the same offset as a 3 series. The rear calipers are tiny and don't need at high of an offset.

I was referring about the spacer comment.

Yup, backwards. Adding spacers lowers the offset.

To the OP, are you lowered?

You're still backwards on a couple of points.

First off, if you have caliper clearance issues, you need to run a LOWER offset, not a higher one, pushing the wheel further out (and the caliper further out of the barrel) to gain clearance.

Secondly, I don't think you can call the rear brakes on a 35 small, at all.

The fronts disks are 348mm, and the rears are a surprisingly big 336mm. With equally beefy calipers. The rears are bigger than an N20s front brakes. This is mainly due to the "ediff" and the need for heat capacity back there.

Moreover, because they use sliders, they sit much higher off the caliper radially than, say, a Brembo setup would.

I agree, maybe I explained it wrong. When it comes to 3 piece rims, back spacing on the face can be pretty small/thin in the rear. My fronts are 2.25" thick and 0.5" in the rear. We have a 5.5" lip in the rear which makes my rear offset et20. My concern with those rims are the rear offset.
