Um, I think "tranny mod" means something quite different from what you think...

I'm still more inclined to go with a Dinan reflash, once he gets rid of the known bug with oscillating throttle.

Paradoxical3 uses a JB4, I think, which basically overrides the programming on the fly instead of reflashing. Which has both advantages and disadvantages.

ECO PRO works differently on the 28i and 35i. On our 35is, it doesn't seem to do much, except for reducing the air to the rear and blinking if you step on it. On the 28i, I understand that it also reduces acceleration and shifts up earlier.
But on my 35i, I treat it as the missing "rear fan off" button. because that's pretty much all it does.

The button that reduces acceleration on the 35i is the traction control.

Where are there rear air vents? The heat ducts under the seats?

I don't think this is the case. By turning traction control off you reduce acceleration? Seems everyone who goes to the strip turns it off to increase acceleration.

Any time I anticipate needing Holy Mother of Acceleration - I turn DSC Off and then

This is my coding guy, very fast and qualified. You can use his cable or buy a good one for $100 bucks. He will load all the coding software on your laptop and then instruct you to be in car(need wifi) to perform all of the coding changes and Alpina flash
