Will these Rial Salerno's fit my X1?
I've been trying to find an affordable winter tire setup and someone on craigslist is selling Rial Salerno's with brand new Michelin tires for only $600!
The thing is, I'm not sure if they will fit on my X1 35i xDrive M Sport. The Rims are Rial Salerno 17x8 and the tires are Michelon 235/55/R17. I'm not sure if it matters, but I currently have the 19 inch M sport wheels on. I've searched a bit and have found where people have successfully fitted the Rial Salerno 17's onto the X1, but they all seem to be using a smaller tire size like 225/50.R17. Will the 235/55's fit? Thanks so much! Last edited by paradoxical3; 08-31-2012 at 11:57 AM.. |

You should be OK with ET30's.
I know someone here had a higher offset and the wheels didn't fit due to X1's strut being out more than other cars. It scared me a bit since I bought my wheels at ET45, so I picked up 4x20mm spacers all around. I can say I have a decent amount of room to work with @ 19x8 ET25 with 235/35/29.
