The new 1
I just read BMW's press release on the new 1 series, all I can say is YUK. It seems if you want any power at all you will have to spring for the M. 3 cyl engine and FWD, come on BMW. I am so happy I have an X Drive and while the 4 cyl is slightly anemic, it manages to move the car along. Why they have stopped integrating the IDrive into the dash in favor of a free standing unit is beyond me. My next car will definitely not be the new 1.

If your talking about the X1 not the "1" series, the U.S. only gets all wheel drive and 4 cyl engine. What they sell in Europe is always different than the U.S.
