Popping sound when turning right - X28i
Recently started - when I turn right I hear a single popping sound coming from the rear suspension on drivers side. I checked for any loose objects rolling around inside car and trunk area - nothing. Looked over the rear sub-brace and control arms - ok...plan on jacking up the car and checking over the shocks, etc.this weekend. It started after taking the X28 to the local dealer for oil change and having them look over the brakes as it "pulled to the right after braking in wet conditions" intermittenly.
Just curious if anyone else had the popping sound when turning.

Nothing here. It's probably your axle joints. I had a similar problem with my front left, turns out my boot ripped and flung grease everywhere

Everything OK underneath, axle boots, rear shocks feel solid....sort of reminded me of the e36 rear shock mount problem, but nothing appears loose or torn.. weird.
