Huge times, I might be stealing a few of your ideas from your build for my daily. Imitation is the greatest form of flattery after all. This is the best thread/build on this site. props.

Thanks man, I appreciate it.

Don't think I posted this before, here is a lap from Pueblo Motorsports park. It was my first time there and first time on track with the new suspension (and I was on my daily wheels, not my track wheel and tire setup), so I obviously didn't know the line or how the car would react that well. Despite that, I ran a 1:51, which is a decent time according to the locals.

Thanks for the videos! can't wait to hear that exhaust!!! It's so cool how the car is able to keep up with the lotus's of the world on the track, and yet you can take it skiing and pack it full of groceries!

I am signed up for Mid-Ohio on September 29th. Will be interesting to see how many seconds fall off my time thanks to the suspension.'

Not sure if my new turbo will be in by then, will talk to Pure Turbos tomorrow and find out.

Turbo install is almost done. We had some issues with the baseline dyno that we think is related to the M-sport performance control programming.

This is a dyno dynamics dyno which means a couple of things (besides the fact that they are the lowest reading dynos on the market). It is an AWD dyno with the front and rear rollers UNLINKED.

On the X1, even if you disable DTC and DSC the m-sport torque vectoring remains active. So when the car detects the front and rear wheels rotating at even slightly different speeds, it applies the brakes and pulls power to straighten it out. On the track this is a good thing as it helps the car turn in better and rotate better, but on the dyno it basically means that it is taking forever for the throttle to open. Even if we floor the pedal, we can see in the JB4 logs that the ecu is not allowing the throttle to open up until about 6k RPM. It's a gradual upwards slope, which means that the power output is not going to be as high as it should be on the dyno.

Even so, we hit 340whp baseline before the new turbo. That is equivalent to about 380whp on a dynojet. If the throttle was working right I am guessing I would be about 360whp.

We will see what the turbo does shortly. I will dyno it again anyway but not sure it will provide useful data due to the throttle issue.

We might try pulling ABS or DSC fuses and see if that turns off the performance control.

Worse case unplug the dsc module. It will act as a rear wheel drive vehicle. I did this on my e90 once it should work for you as well. You will have dsc errors but it should not put you into failsafe.

nice. Can't wait to see what kinds of times your run on the 1/4 mile. Also I believe the m-sport torque vectoring is only on the x drive models?
