you're thinking of 2015 cause thats exactly how much there was then. 15 had a ton of incentives and i went into dec 16 expecting a ton as well but there just wasnt anything. i sold 22 cars dec 15 and sold 11 in 16. i very much remember being shocked at how little there were.

Hold on...wasn't there holiday incentives of $3k, fleet, loyalty, etc.? All that combined for about $6-7k. I remember adding it up because I was toying with the idea of staying with BMW and get an M3.

fleet is always there, holiday was 1500 i believe, and the loyalty was different on different cars as most of the time. they were the same as they were for november. i just remeber being shocked that they didn't do anything more.

BMW's product mix is interesting. Trucks only represent about 1/3 of total vehicles sold. That's a bit over 200,000 cars some sold vs. a bit over 100,000 trucks.

I was concerned about the 330i 6MT being under powered compared to my 228i 6MT that just flies with the 4 banger, but checking the curb weights the 2018 230i xdrive is 3373 lbs. The 340i sdrive weighs in at 3410 lbs.

My concern is the 6MT will no longer be offered in the new 2019 3 series. Same as the new 5 series, no 6MTs.
Don't don't. If you love the 2er you won't love the 3er. In my view, while the 3er will drive great it won't have the sporty feel of the 3er. It's just too big for that. Just my view of course.
