Frm and cas vo needed

Hey folks, having a major issue with my x1, battery went dead trying to recode in a new torque actuator and frm module went down. Sent it off and had it reflashed came back with loads of things not working.

Ista D now won't install (hdd went down on me as well) and now ista p is asking for a VO.xml file.

I know this has been asked many times but searching through the posts it's not easy to understand 1, how to compile/compose a .xml file 2, what to name the file.

Are there any legends of the BMW forums able to create one and tell me how I then format it to an ssd/usb drive to then add it back into the car. I've tried ncs expert and inpa and neither can even read the car at the moment.

Any help would be appreciated as I need to get rid of this thing as soon as..
