Aluminum Trim
Hey gents wondering if there is anyone who would be willing to trade there aluminum trim for my wood trim. Never liked wood trim on any car and took my 3.5 m sport of the lot which had wood trim. The car was leased Feb 27 2014, so the trim is brand new. Willing to ship and also local pick up in NJ and surrounding areas. Thanks in advance |

I guess my first question is do you know if removing/swapping out the trim is an easy task? While willing to do some DIY work, I'm not especially intrepid.
Also, my trim has a small scratch near the iDrive knobs because of a very smart passenger who decided to leave her keys there -_- |

I just picked up my new 2014 x1 this weekend. I could do the trade with you but are there different finishes of aluminum trim depending on the option package ordered with the vehicle?

While we're on the topic, anyone have a good DIY for removing the trim?
