Any recommendations? And how much do they roughly cost.
Go to Tirerack, and see your car with a variety of wheel/tire combos. I like light weight in a summer combination, like about 19lbs a wheel, and 23lbs per tire.

Unless the roads are super smooth where you live, I suggest if you get aftermarket 19s that you go with something that is forged, or else you are going to deal with bent wheels on occasion. A friend of mine had an issue with a car a few years back where he bent an aftermarket wheel and needed a new one, but the wheel was no longer being sold, so he was screwed.

Can't say I agree with that. Generally speaking, forged wheels and cast wheels are built to the same or similar degree of strength (across a manufacturer/wheel class/etc.)

The advantage of a forged wheel is that you can reach whatever strength standard you're designing for with less material, thus making the wheel lighter.

If you have a similarly-designed cast wheel and a forged wheel that weigh the same, sure, the forged one is going to be stronger.

But that's not why they forge wheels. They forge wheels to be able to meet their strength goals while saving weight.

C/N: Lightweight, forged wheels bend just as easily as heavier cast wheels, generally speaking.
