Standard Wiring Loom?

Recently bought a 2010 model X1 23d. It's a vermillion red car with pale leather, a colour combination not often seen here in Queensland, and has covered 120,000km from new. Back in the day it was a demo car and came loaded with every extra available at the time.

My wife now says she would also like to upgrade to an E84 X1 but is adamant she wants one with Bluetooth, GPS and reversing camera. These seem to be fairly thin on the ground, especially in the turbo diesel form we prefer, so I was wondering if these cars all have a standard wiring loom and whether, therefore, it would be fairly easy to fit secondhand parts from a scrapped car.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks
