Album art for files copied over to HDD?

Has anyone had success in displaying album art when copying the files over to the internal drive?

Album art displays fine on ipod and usb key when stuck into the front USB.

As soon as I copy the same files to the internal drive via the glovebox, no art displayed

HoTiCe - while not an answer to your question, I have i tunes and love the USB function on the front USB slot rather than plug i phone in, it works well and displays cover art. However when I plug the same USB into the glove box USB socket in an attempt to load to hard drive it does not like i tunes. Is it easy to convert i tunes to MP3 do you know, and if so how, so I can load onto HD rather than have USB. If I lose cover art I can live with it as Nav Screen is on most of time.
