Door shadow lights / puddle lights

Anybody know if there are wires hanging there if your vehicle didn't come with the puddle lights under the door? Thinking I would cut a hole to add the lights but wanted to be sure the wiring was there to support this type of install.

Well, per usual realoem is a bit ambiguous. The rear door harness only has one listing. So you would think that it may have the wiring there.

The front door only seems to call out auto-dip lights and electric seat adjusters, but this may or may not be related to the puddle lights.

You may just pop the door off to check, its rather easy/quick.
