Replacing rear rotors - backing off parking brake

Hi

Trying to remove rear rotors on my 2011 X1 23d xDrive to replace but they're stuck on the parking brake shoes. How can I back them off to release them?

Garage List
rotor frozen to hub face bfh mallet or dead blow

seems i had that issue but that screw that holds the rotor to hub face came off with penatrating oil replaced with ECS stainless steel fastener,

rotor had almost seized on to hub face had to hit it with a big dead blow mallet and they came free leave a couple loose lug nuts on there so it wont fall on the ground

is there a groove in the emergency brake drum surface face?
