What does this light on dash mean?

Every time I come to a complete stops this light appears and then it goes away once I start driving again, what does it mean? I've posted a picture below:

Check your brake fluid level, it is most likely low.

Or.... Start Stop function is not available at this time. This is because the ECU detects that the battery does not have sufficient charge to provide ASS.
