70K mile service for X1 sDrive28i

Hi guys!
Been busy over on the 1addicts forums, but time has come for the 70K mile service on The Wife's x1 X1 sDrive28i and I'm looking for comments/thoughts on my part list- the basic "you don't need it/skip that" and/or "don't forget/you need to get" type stuff

In no particular order I was thinking...

Coolant & thermostat were replaced within 10K with OE parts & fluid
Brakes were done within 10K with EBC Red's & OE rotors

So.....

oil and filter - 11427640862KT
cabin filter - 64319142115
Belt - 11287618848
Fuel pump/filter - 13518604229 - questioning this one...
air filter - 13717582908
ignition kit (coils & plugs) - 12138616153KT1
plug socket(apparently the n54socket doesn't fit...) - schwaben S-3858-125
7 qts auto trans fluid - 83220142516
transoilpan/filter - 24117624192

So what do ya'll think? What am I missing? What doesn't need to be there?

When you did the brakes, did you flush the fluid?
Sunroof? Grease the tracks.
Door hinges and strikers, little oil never hurt.
Rotate tires if you haven't in a while.

I wouldn't bother with coils, if they work, they work. I'm sure there are varying opinions on this but I've never had success with replacement coils lasting longer than the originals.(i'm looking at you VW )

All good stuff- Yup, brake fluid needs to be done.

Agree with the coils- was an instinctive N54 reaction lolz- Think I'll get plugs and a single coil pack just to have on the shelf ready to go if needed.

Also, the more I look around I'm not seeing anything about swapping fuel pump/filter. Think I'll skip that too.

I recommend a good reading of Mike Miller's guide.

Have read...
and several variations of too. They all have some good info, much of which I'm following for my 135.

Really looking for some experienced owner level of detail for The Wife's X1 so I can compare the general lists from BMW, Mike's list and common sense.

Currently I'm thinking the following list should be about right, generically. Need to come up with specific part numbers- what plugs, what trans fluid etc

oil and filter
cabin filter
Serp Belt
air filter
Plugs (OE)
plug socket(apparently the n54socket doesn't fit...)
7 qts auto trans fluid
trans oil pan/filter
Brake fluid
Tire rotation & pressure check
door/sunroff etc lubrication
diff fluid

I'm following as close as possible Mike's guide on my 2014 x1 sdrive28i auto. I do all my service between an Independent and a nearby dealer, all parts and fluids OEM. Independent receipt unfortunately not as detailed as dealer receipt. Looking through my records:

- spark plugs: 12120039664 (x4)
- fuel filter: my Independent said mine is integrated with the tank and not changeable?
- trans fluid: description only says "fluid filter - A/T - replace"
- trans pan w/filter and gasket: 24118612901
- diff fluid: "75W90 Syn Gear Oil"
- brake fluid: 81220142156

Depending on the year of your x1 (mine is now 4 years old), if you haven't already, I would also look into changing the main battery in the trunk if it's still on the original. Tried to have a local Sears do it with an Interstate brand, and they refused to do it when they found out which BMW I had, apparently it is not easy to do electronics-wise, my local dealer estimated $550 to do this. Hopefully my Independent will be cheaper...

Hope this helps.

Got most everything nailed down- will share my part list once I get it complete...

I'm down to just two questions really-
1) Trans fluid- getting conflicting info here- Is this OK for an OE fill- 7 qts I think
((Edited to remove incorrect data)) Have selected the trans fluid, so no worries on this

2) Is there a step down from the JB4? I'm thinking about tossing some treat in with the service, but the JB4 is more than The Wife would appreciate...

Pelican says 07-51-2-293-972-BOE is right for OE fluid
ECS says 07-51-2-293-972 "does not fit"

Those are differential fluids not trans fluid.

Apparently was not multitasking well last night.
