Hello Tracus. I have:
- 18" Styling 321 BMW for summer tires (Goodyear Efficient Grip RFT) - http://www.cartuningparts.co.uk/img/...689496_500.jpg
- 18" Styling 320 BMW for winter tires (Pirelli Sotozero 2 RFT) - http://imganuncios.mitula.net/2010_b...8375489285.jpg

Both are with same tire sizes all around.

To be honest I like RFT, would not change it for non RFT never on my X1... You also do not need repair kit for tires ... you can drive up to 100km with your flat ...

since BMW has been so slow to bring the X1 to the US market - and then the diesel is an unknown, we're going to look at the new 2013 Ford Escape and the diesel MB GLK. still have a year or two to wait as I replaced the monster truck instead of the old 318 - which is still running with over 280,000 miles - but things keep falling off of it

Hello mate,

thanks for your answer.
I have decided to keep the 17's for the winter, I will most likely order a nes set of 18" that are coming with the Sport Package. However, I am considering seriously to order 4 of the front ones to have the same wheels everywhere so I can have access to a wider range of tires instead of High performance summer that are the single ones fitting the staggered wheels.
I can not run only on these, even if I keep summer wheels I still need all season because sometimes it snows in april and May and that can give me some trouble.
