Before I bite, does anyone actually know how much this Bilstein B12 Suspension Kit will lower our X1's?

Doesn't it say 40mm for the prokit?

Edit: it says 30/30mm

So basically like a 1.1" drop. Not looking to get slammed, but we've got some serious wheel gap. I don't think that would be enough for my personal taste.

I thought the same thing. But my wife doesn't want me slamming it and having a potentially shitty ride quality. I will have to settle for it for the ride quality.

The B12 kit lowers the msport 30mm and other non msport X1's 40mm.
I talked to Bilstein about helping us with a lower option with B8s, they didn't think there would be much interest in the package! I bet we could find a handful...
They also told me it's probably a better option to use H&R springs with the B6 struts and stay away from the kit that uses Eibach

Why would they say to stay away from the Eibach B12 kits?

I, for one, can tell you that I'd jump on the package immediately if it offered a lower stance at the same price.

I'm running the B12 kit (Eibach) - lowered me about an inch, which is right for me. Very much enjoying the ability to push the little beast harder.
