Please help!

Hi guys, I’m going to buy a new set of headlights for my E84, my E84 is USDM but I like the EUR style ones, anyone knows if they have any difference or they are plug & play without problems? Clear corner EUR, orange corner USDM.

In other hand my E84 is the OEM Xenon ones and the seller said that aftermarket hd only fit the halogen ones. HELP!!!
