wind noise over70mph, possible windscreen
Anyone had trouble with wind noise over 70mph ? Ours just gone back to the dealers who will hopefully cure !

Yes, I have the same issue but I haven't had it fixed yet. I did notice that the rubber trim around the windscrean was loose (at the top corners), and I suspect flapping at speed.
Mine is especially prominent when there are cross winds. This post just remined me I really must get that sorted. |

Its a well known problem with some X1's. There is quite a long thread on here somewhere about it. There is a fix and your BMW dealer should be aware about it.

Are you gentlemen talking about that problem with that lousy rubber window bent that BMW Service used to address by patching it? I mean this post in that thread.

X1 been back to the dealer and it had a poor seal round the windscreen !
This seems to be a widespread issue ,if you have a problem with noise take it in . Hope this helps |
