Front End Bumper/Headlight Removal

Has anyone taken the passenger side headlight out? I had a small accident, I hit a baby deer.

The bumper cover underneath the headlight popped out a tiny bit. There are two small 6mm or 8mm bolts that hold the bumper into the fender, but I can't seem to get at them. I tried from every angle. Anyone has a secret method to get these out?

There's also a bracket that holds the passenger side headlight at the bottom, but the star bolt faces towards the engine, and I can't get a rachet in there to remove.

I thought there was a service manual download, but I can't seem to find it.
