2015 BMW X1 How to get Navigation on CIC

Hi, recently purchased a 2015 X1 with low mileage. It was sold stating "no Navigation". After buying I pulled the VIN and it comes up as having professional navigation system. I updated the map, but after going into the "secret" menu on Idrive it comes up as having no connection to GPS satellites or any other GPS connected.

Is there anyway to confirm if this has Nav definitely installed and it may be more of a hardware issue (i've come across many sites saying the antenna may need to be replaced).
