Android screen vs. MMI

Dear all,

A couple of days ago I've purchased an Android screen (10 inch) for my BMW X1 E84 2013.
I am not satisfied with the sound quality due the AUX-output. Bass is very distorted, and I want to use the OEM microphone what is not possible if I am using bluetooth directly with the Android screen.

There are two options I am considering:
1. Continue to use the 10 inch screen. (can I use a DAC to improve the sound quality?)

2. MMI with my existing 6.5 inch screen, so I can use stock (OEM) quality.

I really only use Google Maps, Spotify and phonecalls. So if there are other options left to use the stock audio quality and use the built-in microphone, please let me know.
