its probably not pad to rotor issue but pad to piston/caliper/clip issue. there is some good salty corrosion there on the rear. Clean it all up and grease with anti squeal. Then rebed them really well.... I wouldnt buy pads until they are done.

Any chance I can get this done at the dealer under my 2 year maintenance plan? You know, the bmw one that covers oil changes, wipers, etc?
It's 14* out, and I'd rather not freeze. Speaking of the corrosion, I am a bit upset this car doesn't seem to be holding up very well. It seems like parts are already rusting.... |
