Rear Bumper Protector Search...
In searching for a rear bumper protector, like this, simple factory looking abs plastic...
I've done a pretty exhaustive search on the forum, Google, eBay, amazon, etc. And am unimpressed by the stainless steel ones, ill fitting rubber, and all the rest that do not protect the corner of the bumper which will inevitably take the brunt of our abuse. I have only found the one above from Rearguards, with a 2 month lead time! So the question is, IS this one from NGP my only option? Does anyone have one of these installed? Good fit? Look factory? Thanks in advance. |

Rearguards have the same 2 that were offered to me. The one you show SE/SPORT/XLINE and 'M'SPORT. Which one of these looks like your Bumper? You can see I dont have an 'M'SPORT BUT my Bumper looked the same so I purchased the 'M'SPORT and it fitted perfectly and looks good. |

looks like the one in the photo above. its xline, not m-sport, but i have contacted NGP with a photo as suggested and mike will order the correct fitment. Sound like the fit and quality is OEM, but its a bummer that it will be the end of january till it gets here. The other option is to pay shipping from UK to MD and then MD to VT, for a total of too much $$hipping; They won't drop ship.
still find it odd that there are so few options. |

I used clear Lamin-X for my 2013 mineral white X1 35i m-sport.
