The way you are being treated is not right at all. Try getting in touch with BMW NA and explain to them your situation. I've seen too many times that dealerships (specific dealerships, across many brands, not specific to any one brand) care too much about their bottom line and treat customers like dirt. BMW as a brand still cares about their customers and should be able to resolve this for you.
