Check out 1010tyres.com - Under TIRE & WHEEL TECH - Tire Size Calculator. They show a diameter variance of 3.4%. It is recommended you stay within 3% of the diameter of the original tire. I'm not mechanically minded so don't know what the other comments mean, eg. Can be done stock our after suspension changes.
