i ordered my x1 last night and am going to lease as well.
if you didn't already, look into multiple security deposits. you can put money down now and get it all back at the end. you're kinda loaning bmw the money for 3 years, but your ROI is pretty good when you look at how much it lowers your payments.
i put 4 dealers against each other and had them fight for my business. i think i got a pretty good deal.
now i just read the thread about the 2015 coming out soon and I'm second guessing that i should have waited....ugh
