I don't have much experience with the JB+, only the JB4.

I haven't read that Burger's dyno reads high, but I'm sure they're taking their best run in ideal conditions. You can see Burger's dyno plots of stock vs. whatever tunes/piggies. Those aren't made up...so even if the dyno reads high, it reads high for the baseline as well.

If you're considering the JB+, honestly, installing/removing the JB4 is easy enough, and the benefits/features are much much more compelling imho. You get all the dash controllable options, along with double the power gain...ability to run different fuels, set boost limits, autotune, etc. Regarding the cost, always wise to consider resale as well.


Regarding crank numbers...without pulling the motor and throwing it on a brake, I don't think you could necessarily get an accurate number at the crank.
