So here is what the
Moroney/EPA is. It appears our cars will not leave until EPA certification since cars cant ship without it and i highly doubt they will leave it to the port of entry to apply the items.
so i read that people who ordered 2013 X6M's had the same issue and they cars are held at the factory not the port of entry until certification is complete. Do a google search for BMW Monroney / EPA certification.
