Well, I got about 23k from rear Bridgestone Potenzas summers on my E90 RWD with staggered setup. The tread wear rating on that tire was 140. I could probably drive them for another few thousand miles if I had to. The fronts had about 5.5/32" left at that mileage.

I had about 40k on Kumho Ecsta 4x (all-season with 400 rating) when I traded my E90 in. I could easily go another 5k on those without hitting the tread bars.

The Conties have 40k miles thread warranty and wear rating of 400, so it is possible that they can last for 45k. They could be below wear bars at 45k though.
