I really like not having to clean wheels twice a week but I also miss that awesome bite that used to come with the "Euro" pads. Give and take.
We have a Q5 with the traditional "Euro" high dust brake pads. I HATE how much work that car is to take care of. (HBWT - you know what I mean.) But on the rare occasion I get to drive the Audi, I am reminded why I put up with it. It simply makes the 28's brakes feel like something from the 80's. It's embarrassing how much better the Q5's brakes feel, and more important how much more effective they are. I'd bitch a lot if I had to deal with that much brake dust on the BMW, but I bet I'd like driving the car a whole lot more.
