I had several turbo projects where I was concerned about under hood heat. I sent my headers, turbo hot side and hot side exhaust exiting engine bay to Swaintech for coating. I wonder if anyone tried that or header wrapping and hot side blankets to mitigate heat transfer into the heads. If I was spending the coin, you guys had to, it wouldn't be going back in stock to rinse and repeat. I suppose guys were trying all sorts of things like increasing oil capacity and cooling to boot. And dumping the engine cover. Good luck OP!
