X1 20d X-drive, vibrating sound at idle?!

I have an BMW X1, X-Drive, 2.0d 2010 automatic, 40,000km.
I wonder if anyone has the same symptoms as me, and a solution to this problem?

At cold start the car is idling at 850rpm, and as far as I know it sounds ok.
When warm, the engine is idling at 750rpm.
If the gear is in Parking-position, it is usually no problem, but when you have Drive or R engaged, there is a vibrating sound appearing.
The sound is a low frequency vibrating sound as of a plastic panel rattling somewhere.
It is very difficult to identify where the sound is coming from, but it sounds like it comes from within the dashboard on the right side.
If you listen in the engine compartment, you can not hear anything strange.
The engine is sounding normal as far as I know!

I understand that when you are in gear(and standing still on the brake) the idling drops some 10-20 rpm’s, and at exactly that rev. the sound appears.
As soon as you let go of the brake and give some gas the sound disappears.

I have had the car at my local BMW-shop but they could not identify where the sound is coming from, they would write a report and hope to get answers about a solution from BMW-headquarters.
Perhaps the solution would be to simply raise the idle speed slightly, but I don’t know if this is possible on this model.

Sorry for the bad English, hope you can understand me!
Regards
Tommy
