P7 summer/performance tires are the sport package tire in Canada. The goodyears are the all seasons. In some markets where a summer tire is standard, the P7's are the base tire in the 17" size as well. No cheapness, just different markets.

Good to know. We got the base not the sport, so it came with the Goodyears.
