Same boat. I have an E46 M3 and a 135. Bought a CPO '14 M Sport N55 X1 with just about every option for $36k with 6k miles.
$500 later and it's a 380 HP, AWD hatch with a decent interior, 75k mile warranty for mid 30s. I can sleep at night with that.
