Thanks for the replies, everybody. Didn't find the person...there are a ton of beat up Prius' in the lot, so don't want to point fingers randomly. I am going to make the building regret not having cameras, though. I know it happens and all that, but I pay through my nose to park here and the least I can ask for is a minimal level of security.

Is it wise to leave the scratches on there? I want to let winter do its thing and then have the bumper replaced. Knowing my luck, I'll probably get rear-ended while leaving the shop anyway.

EDIT: I meant electric cars like the Volt, not just Prius. I'll still take a look at them, anyway.
