I did the Sheffield round trip (approx 260miles) and got 51.9MPG including traffic in Sheffield City Centre - was over 53mpg before that.
2 long stretches of 50MPH average speed cameras probably helped.
3 adults, a complete University luggage and gubbins incl top-box probably hindered.
As the Sat Nav stated 47 when I was locked onto 50 in the camera zones (isn't cruise control brilliant) I'm guessing the true figure to be around 50mpg which is bloody fantastic.

I forgot to update this, so Sunday I drove from mine to Surrey which is around 66 miles, I only had Tesco Diesel in
, I averaged 44.6mpg and I did see 51.7mpg at one point on the M25 when travelling 50 so it made me feel better even though in some fast moving traffic so to speak.
