After this past new England storm, my wheels are filthy. In the corners of the 10 spokes there looks to be dried brine/brake dust mix, and I can't seem to get it off. I've always just used bio degradable cleaners like Simple Green or EZ Clean, but this isn't working now.

Obviously these wheels are coated/painted, and I don't want to ruin them. What off the shelf products do you guys use with good success?
