I guess. It drives me crazy that I don't have a temp gauge!!

I always let my cars get warm first, before I warm myself with the heat cranked on high.

On the 2.8 X1 - I have *NO* idea when the engine is warm or cold.

It's not even in the Vehicle Status display!! Poor job BMW and way to cheap out. Even my old cheap VW can afford the temp sensor and share it's feedback to the driver.
