To get one of those through my BMW Dealer in Aust. would cost close to AUD$700 ex Germany. It would be cheaper, including freight to get that one.
I think some time back it was suggested you could clip out the small back portion of the parcel tray near the rear seat and stand it up, still leaving most of the parcel tray intact. Or just lay it down with the hole side facing up for small storage.
How often do we fill our car with people and luggage that there becomes no room what so ever for a spare tyre. Mine occupies 3 with luggage and I can still make room for a full size spare if need be. To each his own as they say.
I think a Space Saver Spare is only good for certain mileage and speed. IF SO When you find a new, or lucky enough to have repaired your RFT, WHERE then would you get a new replacement Space Saver Spare TYRE?
