Same setup I had as well, no noises with the V12. You can also look into Sumitomo HTRZ III, I have those on my 5 series 265/295 setup, quietest and comfiest tire to date next to Michelin PS series.
I then went with M4 wheels with 255/35/19 and 295/30/19 no noises other than normal road noise using the V12
Now I am going with a 19x9.5 sqaure setup using 255/35 Sumis or 265/35 Federals.
