I was doing car wash on my car and noticed both inner taiilights (the ones on the rear gate) were cracked on the bottom side. It looks like the shock from shutting down the trunk gate had caused it. It looks like a designing issue since the rear gate of the X1 cannot to be lowered automatically. The tail lights on the door take quit a bit of beating when you shut the door down. Has anyone noticed the same issue? Both cracks I had were on the bottom and can only be seen with the trunk door up. I will go speak to the dealer to see if they can be replaced under warranty.
