Thanks Mario - that looks like just another typical 'light' winter day here in Toronto!!
I just ordered a set of Pirelli Sottozero Series II run-flat winter tires (size 225/45 R18 - all 4 tires are the same size) for my wife's X1. Also ordered a nice set of 18" winter wheels (BMW replica wheels built in Germany). The Pirelli's received a very high rating in a recent snow tire comparison report that I read. So this might be another option for you if you want to stick with run-flats (we have the 18" summer run-flats on currently). The Dunlops Mario mentioned also received a high rating. Once I get the tires and wheels mounted in a few weeks, I'll try to upload some pics.
