Why? I mean this seriously.
If it was the car dealer that made you believe you
would get 25-26, he either lacked knowledge or honesty.
If the EPA window sheets don't call enough attention to actual usage varying, possibly quite substantially, and that the stated values are not to be used for planning, then EPA needs to redesign them.
